    Road 2 A Cure The Kickoff Party and Ride on February 20th 2010

    Get involved on the Road 2 A Cure with us on Saturday, February 20th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Paradise Store and Grill (just off Hwy 154) at 1 Paradise Road, Santa Barbara, CA 93105.  This is the official Kick-off Party and 1st Day’s Ride for Road 2 A Cure – The Tour.  Chris Calaprice, a 6 year pancreatic cancer survivor, rides the 1st mile of this 42,000 plus mile journey throughout all 50 states to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer and funds for its research.  He is riding 1 mile for each person that will be diagnosed with this devastating disease this year and in the U.S. alone.  Join us for a BBQ with live music, raffle, auction and good times.  Come to wave good-bye and join us as we ride from Santa Barbara with a “Pit Stop” in Los Angeles and then to Palm Springs.  From Palm Springs to Las Vegas and on to all major cities throughout the nation, we want you to be a part of this monumental journey with Chris, his wife Jennifer and videographer and producer Andy.  All information regarding The Tour is located at www.road2acure.org .  A big Thanks to all of our event sponsors.  Food provided by Jordanos and prepared and served by Paradise Store and Grill.  Sparkletts and Coca-Cola are providing beverages.  Beer and wine will be for sale.  Live music by your local band Doghouse.     Road 2 A Cure expands its web site and announces the much anticipated details of Road 2 A Cure – The Tour for pancreatic cancer awareness.

    Castaic, CA November 15th 2009 – Honoring November as National Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, Road 2 A Cure, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of and funds for scientific research on pancreatic cancer, expands its websites capabilities to better engage and educate its audience.  Included in the launch are the much anticipated details and

    First, we updated our essential information including new pancreatic cancer figures and Road 2 A Cure accomplishments to date, among other things.
