Larry Golkin Esq. – Director

Larry was born and raised in Southern California, the son of a surgeon and a history professor. He attended a highly competitive high school and lettered in three varsity sports. After graduating with honors, Larry attended the University of California and earned a Bachelors Degree in Sociology. During College, Larry worked in the commercial fishing and diving industry and was a recreational SCUBA Instructor. In 1989, Larry commenced his legal training at the Santa Barbara College of Law and graduated, and passed the California Bar Exam, in 1993. Larry now owns and operates a law practice in Ventura, California that handles a wide variety of legal matters ranging from complex civil litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, corporate formation and development, and admiralty.
Larry and his wife, Brenda, have been married 18 years and are avid boaters on the south coast. Larry is also the Vice Commodore of the Channel Islands Yacht Club in Oxnard, California. Both Larry and Brenda enjoy the outdoors, spending quality time together, as well as making new friends and spending quality time with old friends.

Jennifer Calaprice – Co-Founder, Director, CEO

As an Event Planner and Sales Executive for Adventures at Sea, Jennifer oversaw the planning design and execution of large weddings and corporate events in a complex environment. Coordinating permits, crews, yachts, caterers, entertainment, bar services and more. Jennifer’s eye for detail, positive leadership, and experience in coordination bring a strong foundation to the organization. Jennifer is the Primary Caregiver for her husband Chris.

Chris Calaprice – Co-Founder, Director

Formerly an Emerging Technologies Engineering Manager for Avaya Telecommunications, Chris brings strong strategic and “forward looking” tactical planning to the team. With experience building engineering practices, support teams, and deployment teams his expertise in technology and management will allow us to leverage cutting edge technology and apply day to day efficiency multipliers. Chris is a Survivor of Pancreatic Cancer and Melanoma Skin Cancer.

Sabrina Anderson - Treasurer / CFO

As former VP/Controller at Nexus IS, Sabrina managed financial statements and budgets for a $100m organization. Her current role as system analyst harnesses her financial strengths to select, implement, customize and maintain systems for a fast growing emerging market corporation. Sabrina's strong financial background and system knowledge bring crucial audit, budget, planning, and management expertise to Road2ACure.
